Hi, I’m Rebecca, founder, chocolate obsessive, and the unapologetic mess behind House of Temper.
This all started with a simple question
Why should incredible chocolate be so serious?
I wanted to create something different. Chocolate that hits hard on flavour and fun. That’s high end but never uptight. That brings together luxury ingredients, small batch craftsmanship, and a little bit of attitude.
So, I got to work.
I trained with some of the UK’s best chocolatiers, learned the science of tempering, and started crafting bars in my kitchen late into the night. Experimenting, tweaking, and “taste testing” far more than I’d admit.
The result?
House of Temper.
A rebellious chocolate brand that doesn’t just taste incredible, it makes a statement. Every bar is hand tempered, made with responsibly sourced cocoa, and designed to be devoured.
We’re here for the bold, the curious, and the ones who don’t wait for permission to indulge.
